Thanks again to all the generous donors of the prizes – and to everyone who bid. Sorry to those who were outbid!
Assuming all payments are honoured, the auction raised a record-breaking, amazing £3,276 to help safeguard the future of St Giles Church and Graffham parish.
How it works
Submit your bids – a separate bid for each lot – before the auction closes at 12 noon on Saturday 12 December:
- By email to email@example.com or
- By hand, at the village shop or
- On Facebook’s Graffham Noticeboard, as lots are posted there.
Ensure that each bid clearly indicates:
- The lot you are bidding for.
- The amount you are offering (in whole pounds only – fractions of pounds will be invalid).
- Your first and family name.
- Your email address and telephone number
The status of each lot will be updated regularly until the auction closes with the latest leading bid and bidder – so keep an eye on the lot listing pages here (click on the links above or below) or watch for displays at the village shop.
You may increase your bid at any date and time before the auction closes by submitting a fresh bid.
Successful bidders will be notified after the auction closes. Payment for items purchased must be made in full within seven days. Arrangements will then be made to hand over the lot to the purchaser.
